More sensible race and sex demographics for the Human and Split factions (including story characters).
Also restored the space trooper armor for marines. All Argon/Terran/Pioneer marines will be wearing that armor.
You can see how the demographics are weighted and change them yourself in the charactergroups.xml file.

1. Open the "charactergroups.xml" file with the text editor
2. Each NPC type will have demographic parameters and the percentage
2.1. Example: all civilian NPCs have 47% to be asian
