The mod will reduce the percentage number for spawning blacks in character generator and in-game enclaves.

Does not affect the enclaves that already exist in the game or unique NPCs.

Looks like they're doublind down on the wokeness for the upcoming third game. Most of the characters are black with those flags littered everywhere.

Since it's a new game from Microsoft studio, you can definitely expect 90% of characters to be niggos and homos.
On the other hand, if the settings are similar to SoD2, it should be easy to edit.

I hope it is still easy to edit because I want to play it but probably won't if they add all that nonsense in. I see a lot of people asking the devs to add official mod support as well but since it is primarily an Xbox game I'm assuming this will be unlikely.

I very much doubt they will add mod support for XBOX, but that's nothing new, it's been like that for a long time.
On PC however, you can already tell from the few [screenshots] it's gonna be one of "those" games .
