Just spent some quality time in the comments section of "Specific Body Types" over on the Nexus. The page was active for an unusually long period of time before the "Shut Down, Shout Down" button was pressed by an obedient Kool-Aid drinker...

I think, the record was something like 6 hours for Skyrim mod once.

That almost qualifies as tacit approval by the moderator on duty at the time. (Or they were literally sleeping...)

Well, its hard to tell when they are actually offline, because some of them are from EU and some of them are from US, so they kinda cover the whole day.
Some of them are just more vigilant than others. But it mostly depends how actively people report the mod.
